Who can access my data?

Your files and chat history are stored on the delivered system. You decide who has access and whether to connect external services. Any remote maintenance access needs your approval.

Which hardware and models will I receive?

Starting Matter selects the hardware and models for each configuration. Ask for the current specifications and a demonstration before ordering so you can assess the fit for your work.

Can it connect to our existing software?

The standard system supports manual document uploads. Email, database, and business software connections are separate custom engineering work.

Do I need an ongoing subscription?

The Care Plan is optional. Your system comes with administrator documentation and a guided handoff. Updates, maintenance, and new integrations can also be scoped separately.

What happens after I order?

We confirm delivery details and timing, acquire and configure the hardware, then test the complete system. You receive it with documentation and a guided handoff. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
